Sitecase is licensed, not sold. Downloading it from the App Store also puts you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full. These terms sit alongside it.
Two complete jobs are free. Beyond that, producing a report for a new job requires a Sitecase Pro subscription, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings, not here — we have no account system and cannot do it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
A job you have already produced a report for stays open forever. You can reopen it, edit it and produce the report again whether or not you are subscribed, and whether or not a subscription has lapsed. A lapsed subscription gates the next new job, never your existing records.
The photographs, notes, prices, signatures and client details you put into Sitecase belong to you. We have no access to them, no copy of them, and no rights over them. We also cannot recover them: there is no server and no backup. Back up your device. If your phone is lost, destroyed or wiped, and the device backup does not include the app's data, the records are gone.
Sitecase produces a record of what you photographed and wrote down. It is not legal advice, not a contract, and not a certificate of compliance with any standard, code or regulation. A signature captured in the app is a record that someone signed on your device at a given time; whether it forms a binding agreement in your jurisdiction is a question for a solicitor, not for us. Nothing in the app is a substitute for the certification, notification or testing your trade requires.
The app records what it is given. Timestamps come from the photograph's own metadata where it has any and from the device clock otherwise. We make no claim that a record is tamper-proof or forensically admissible, and you should not represent it as either.
Sitecase is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost records, lost income, a disputed invoice, or any decision taken on the basis of a report the app produced. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the app in the previous twelve months.
Do not use Sitecase to record people without the permission you need where you are, and do not use it to produce a document you know to be false.
These terms may change as the app does. Continuing to use it after a change means accepting the revised terms.
