The job, written down
before you leave the drive.

Photograph what you found, what you did, and anything extra they asked for. Price the extras, get them signed on the spot, and send a report that looks like it came from a real company — not forty photos over WhatsApp.

See what it costs

Two complete jobs free, including the full report. No account.

Four moments that cost money when nobody wrote them down

None of them takes more than thirty seconds to record. All of them take weeks to argue about.

Before you touch anything

“That crack was already there.” Without a dated photograph it becomes your crack, and your bill.

The work nobody will ever see

The pipe you replaced is behind a wall and the cable is under a floor. On paper the invoice looks padded. In photographs it looks like the job it was.

The extra

They asked, you did it, nobody wrote it down, and now you are eating it. Price it in the app, hand them the phone, take the signature. It prints in the report with their name against it.

Handover

Signed off, or an open-ended conversation about the final payment. One signature closes the job.

Built for where the work actually is

Every other tool in this category needs an account and a connection. Basements do not have either.

No signal, no problem

Plant rooms, crawl spaces, lift shafts, new builds, rural sites. Nothing uploads because there is nowhere to upload to.

No account to make

No email, no password, no “verify your business”. Open it and start the job.

Your letterhead, once

Name, number, registration, logo, and a colour. Every report from then on carries them.

Before and after, side by side

Pair two records and the report prints them together. It is the page clients actually look at.

Circle what matters

Arrows, circles and boxes drawn over the photograph, not burnt into it. They stay sharp at print resolution.

It reads the plate

Model numbers, serials and labels in your photographs are found on the device and offered as captions, so the job is searchable eight months later.

Nothing leaves the phone. That is the whole architecture.

Sitecase makes no network requests at all — not for analytics, not for crash reports, not for “improving the product”. There is no third-party code in it of any kind. The only thing that talks to Apple is the App Store, to take the payment.

No analytics

Not anonymised, not aggregated, not “essential”. None.

No server

Your clients' names and addresses are on your phone and nowhere else. There is no database of them to leak.

Checkable

The claim is verified by watching the running app's open sockets during a full scan-and-export cycle, not asserted in a privacy policy.

Pricing

Under an hour of your labour, per year. Two complete jobs are free first — with a full, clean, unwatermarked report, because the product does not prove itself until a client reacts to one.

Monthly

$14.99 / month

Same thing, month to month, for a seasonal trade or a quiet winter.

Prices shown in US dollars; the App Store charges in your own currency. Cancel any time. Jobs you have already reported stay readable and re-sendable whatever happens to your subscription — the paywall gates the next job, never the archive.

What it is not

Invoicing. Payments. Quoting. Scheduling and dispatch. Time tracking. A client portal. A team plan. Cloud backup. A web app. Every one of those is either a different product or a server, and a server is the thing this app exists without. Sitecase does one job: it turns a day's photographs into a document a client takes seriously.
